Basement coating work follows a clear sequence. Skipping steps is where failures start, so we don't.
We look at the existing slab condition, check for moisture issues, and identify any cracks or spalling that need attention before coating begins.
Mechanical grinding opens the concrete profile so the coating bonds properly. This step determines how long the finished system holds up.
We apply the selected system in layers, typically a base coat followed by broadcast flake or solid color, then a durable topcoat finish.
Polyaspartic topcoats cure quickly, often allowing light use within a day. We inspect the finished surface before the job is closed out.
