Every commercial project starts with a proper assessment. Skipping surface prep is the main reason coatings fail early, so we don't cut corners on it.
We visit the location, evaluate the concrete condition, and discuss how the space is used. That information shapes which coating system we recommend.
We grind or shot-blast the concrete to remove contaminants and open the surface profile. This step determines how well the coating bonds and how long it lasts.
The selected system, whether epoxy, polyaspartic, metallic, or polished concrete, is applied in the specified number of coats according to product and site requirements.
We allow proper cure time before the floor returns to service. Before we leave, we walk the finished surface with you to confirm the work meets expectations.
